 What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 1-2 days to process your order, and delivery takes a maximum of 10 days.

Do you ship worldwide?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, please wait 72 hours after your order, and then request tracking information via email at info@serenios.com.

Some items from my order are missing. What’s going on?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For example, if your order contains items that were not ordered at the same time, there will be two separate deliveries.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture of the damaged item to the email address: info@serenios.com, and we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

I haven’t received my order yet. What’s taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may experience with their online items. However, if you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can process the payment, provided the request is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) in question are not on sale.
